GBH Management LLC and Affordable Living MHC Homes LLC operate an SMS program to follow up on inquiries about our manufactured housing communities. When you submit an inquiry through a third-party listing platform (such as Zillow), through our website inquiry form, or through any other means by which you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive a single confirmation text from "Lisa," our AI assistant. That confirmation text identifies us, identifies Lisa as an AI assistant, states the purpose (tour scheduling and home information for the community you inquired about), and asks you to reply YES to opt in or STOP to opt out.
Providing your mobile phone number does not enroll you in our SMS program. You are enrolled only if you reply YES (or one of the equivalent affirmative keywords: Y, YES PLEASE, SURE, OK, START) to the confirmation text. If you do not reply, you will not receive any further SMS messages from us.
If you opt in, you can expect approximately 3 to 8 messages over a 21-day period, ending when you schedule a tour, opt out, or go inactive. Message frequency varies based on your engagement. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or REMOVE to any message. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently across all GBH Management LLC and Affordable Living MHC Homes LLC SMS channels. For help, reply HELP.
